We are looking for a;

Director of Sales

Someone who:

  • You don’t just chase leads — you build legacies. You understand that sales is about vision, alignment, and relationships that last longer than the first invoice.

  • Surface-level thinking doesn’t move brands forward. You’re the kind who digs deeper, asks better questions, and spots opportunity where others see “good enough.” You come to us with brilliant ideas, and execute them with personality.

  • You take pride in your work and accountability for your outcomes. You run on initiative, not instruction.

  • We’re advocate for slow movement and slow travel, but still are accountable to our clients needs. We are a team with high standards and big ideas. You’ll thrive here if you’re proactive, motivated, and grounded in good energy.

  • You know that great storytelling drives business, and you can translate data into direction without losing the soul of a brand.

  • You question patterns, push boundaries, and rewrite what sales in the creative space can look like.
